To be classified as a Group, we require a minimum of:
- 10 rooms single occupancy or 7 rooms double occupancy
- 6 rooms triple occupancy or 5 rooms quad occupancy
Modified Conference Package Rates includes:
- Nightly Lodging
- up to 10 hours of Meeting Space (One Day's Meeting Room per Night of Lodging)
- 2 Meals- Lunch or Dinner and Breakfast in the Morning
- Coffee and Water Service in your meeting room
- 1 Meeting Room Set-up
- Service Charge
- Basic Audio Visual Equipment (2 chart stands, power cords, projector & microphone)
- Use of Recreational Facilities (pools, hot tubs, saunas, workout areas, game room and more. Horse and Bike Rentals at Aspen Lodge are not included!)
For an additional day’s use of a meeting room or for any guest in attendance
but not reserving a guest room, a Day Rate of up to $49.00 will be charged. Please inquire for charges.
