Golf in Estes Park

Estes Park is proud to offer two options for golfing when you feel the desire to play a few rounds. Mitch Kaplan, author of The Golf Book of Lists, has recently recognized the Estes Valley Recreation and Park District’s 18-hole golf course as the sixth most beautiful golf course in the United States of America. This course adjoins Rocky Mountain National Park and is open mid-April through October. Located in the town of Estes Park, it sits in a natural valley that is surrounded by spectacular mountains. During most of the year you are able to play your round of golf while sharing the course with herds of deer and elk watching on. There is a Driving Range and a Pro-Shop with friendly staff to assist you with all of your golfing needs.

The 9-hole Executive Golf Course offers a Pro-Shop and Practice Facilities. After a hike in the Rocky Mountain National Park, sharpen your skills on the putting green. During the winter months November through March, more often than not, the fairways are free from snow and no tee times are needed. Stop in the gift shop to buy a souvenir to remind you of the game you played through a heard of elk.
